If I got in, I'd be afraid to post about here. Unfortunately there is nothing in my inbox. I love how winning a contest counts for absolutely nothing.

Oh well, I did just get into the Neverwinter Nights 2 closed beta. That makes me happy. Shhhhh don't tell anyone. It doesn't start for another week.

I think if I did get in to beta I wouldn't chance posting about it. Not even here on Sanctuary. I'd advise that to everyone.

It's hard, because it's natural to want to share this kind of happy news with the kinship, but when the risk is getting kicked out of beta it's better not to take the chance.

My brain keeps trying to come up with a code people could use ... but no, it just won't do because I'd either be too obvious or too cryptic. Instead of worrying about beta I'm going to substitute it with obsessive and excessive play of RF Online and just try not to think about it. Hah.

Yeah, I'm annoyed with myself because I checked my inbox today and even though I know a beta invite won't come on a Sunday morning, I still hoped. Grrrr.

Hey guys,

It was a nice idea, Warton, but I'd just as soon not risk any of our member's eligibility by posting whether or not they got in on here. However, I'm pretty sure that if you get in to beta, there might be some different forums over at Turbine you can post on, and if that's the case, then there might be some members of Sanctuary over there, and if THAT'S true, then there might be a thread over there for people who got in to sign in on.

I'm not saying it's true.

It's just what I heard.

Maybe.

Or something like that.



So I'm gonna close this thread down so nobody gets tempted or in trouble for saying whether they are or aren't in beta. But if, and if there are different forums for beta, and if there are other Sanctuary members over there, and if they've already started a Sanctuary thread, feel free to search for it and post on it.
